January 8th 2016 marks our first ever testing & promotion for Puu Muay Thai & our Muay Thai Ventura program! We had students who were testing for their intermediate level as well as students testing up through the fundamentals program as well. We had some of our more advanced students join to help in the process and it’s great to see everyone working together to finish! There is definitely something different in the air for 2016 and our Muay Thai Ventura program!
Our students were put through a physical test which was appropriate to their level of fitness, but was also developed to help push their training and improve their movements for Muay Thai & Kickboxing.
